I had to reset my computer and I am now trying to deactivate and reactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus licence. I was able to get my offline deactivation ticket, but don't know what to do next. Can you help me? Thank you in advance!
Why do you use an offline deactivation certificate? I often wonder if users do this because they don't know how to deactivate and activate their software, or if this is seen as a solution to having to reset a licence?
Have you tried resetting your licence?
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
