I followed a KB suggesting a solution to deactivation error 197.
Unfortunately, after I did what was suggested, I lost the extra activation (e.i. it showed as being used even though it is not)
How can I restore it?
No, I cannot. It says (I think falsely) that I used that option 3 times within the last 12 months!
