RWS portal LICENCES tab not working - CANNOT ACCESS LICENCE ACTIVATION CODE

Hi,

I need to activate my licence after upgrading SDL Trados to 2022, but the portal is not working and I need it urgently. 

Screenshot of RWS Account portal with an error message stating 'An error has occurred' and instructions to reload or refresh the page.

I've tried to refresh the page, as well as clear browsing data. Please solve this asap
