Trados 2022 Activatio

Hi all,

I'm writing on behalf of the Italian translation agency of which I'm an employee.

In december I installed Trados 2022 on 2 computers (2 licenses); I entered the activation codes and everything worked properly. However it was a temporary license, due to expire in January.


My employers therefore paid for 2 perpetual licenses. We received an email; it said that, in order to reactivate the products, it would be sufficient to enter the previous activation codes.

Unfortunately, I tried several times but these activation codes don't work. I get an error message: it says that it is impossible to activate the license, because an error occurred while requesting said license.

Furthermore, I logged in to our RWS online account and, looking at the list of licenses we have, the 2 Trados 2022 licenses don't appear.

Could you please help me solve this issue and reactivate both Trados 2022 licenses? 

My daily work has slowed down due to this issue, I need it so much in order to get back on track!
