licence reset failed

Hello,

since August 2022, I have a Studio 2022 Freelance licence with no expiration date. I received a message saying my licence has expired when I was trying to open Trados Studio today.
Unfortunately, it seems I cannot deactivate or reset my licence. After clicking Reset option in my RWS account, I get an error page. Could you please help me?
