Hello!

There was a problem with my trados, so I tried to reinstall it after removing it. But it can't be removed or reinstalled.

When I try to remove it, the following message appears. 'Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer.'

Also, when I try to reinstall with the installation file I downloaded, the following message appears. 'Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first.'

I don't know what to do because it hasn't been removed and reinstalled. I ask for your help.
