Studio 2021 Network licenses: can not deactivate licenses

Hello,

We use SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network SN) - 16.01.2917 with 4 licenses. After staff leaving, we would like to deactivate the licenses of the people who left, but we can not.

On our RWS Account, all licenses are in use, but in the License Manager I only see 1 activated seat. Furthermore the info displayed in the License Manager differs from a laptop to another.

I was not the administrator at the time we installed Studio 2021 and this person has left the society.

We would like to be able to deactivate the licenses to execute the CU updates and to 'reassign' the licenses to new people.
