I need to change language settings and in order to do that I have to uninstall the programme from my laptop. When I try to I receive the following message: "Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer." I however see only one version of Trados STudio in the control panel. Is there any other way I can change language settings or uninstall the programme?

Unfortunately it dosn't help. I had some help yesterday from support but she couldn't help and directed me here. Are you suggesting the type of support that is on subscription?

Sounds as though you were speaking to the live chat... they are not technical support, although they will always try to help if they can. I'll log the case for you now.
