Reset License

Good morning,

I had to deactivate one of my two instances of Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus before resetting my PC.

I get an error message when trying to do so.

I reinstalled Windows 11.

I am trying to reset the license now via the https://oos.sdl.com/

I am getting the 

You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team.

This is extremely annoying and unacceptable in 2022.

Please help me reset my license and, to the Dev Team, please find a more flexible way of handling the licenses, like Adobe Cloud, for instance.
