Activation of Language Cloud subscription on a new computer for Trados Studio 2021

I recently purchased a new computer but I can't seem to activate my existing Language Cloud subscription despite having deactivated it on my old computer for a week now.

It keeps telling me the following: "Your Language Cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription."

How can this be solved? Thanks!
