Licenses moved to new server

We have a 17 users SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional (Network SN) license for educational purpose. Some weeks ago we moved virtual machines to a new server, I think that’s the reason why installed applications cannot find the licenses and cannot work (the name of the virtual machine is the same but the hardware has changed). We have 17 upgrades available but I’m not able to return the activation because License Manager cannot find the licenses. How can I fix this problem? Could you help me?
