Hello to all, I had to take computer 1 to repair so I deactivated my Studio 2017 license (had to go to my ProgramData file and change the file to studio_old_lic, as per procedure indicated), activated it on computer 2 without problem. Now that the repair is done, I wanted to reverse the operation and deactivate the license on computer 2. It worked, but now I cannot reactivate the license on computer 1, and neither on computer 2. I looked in my RWS account to find out I cannot see my license for Studio 2017. How can I remediate the problem? Thank you very much.
