Language Weaver stopped working with my language pair

Question

Hi, 
 Language Weaver stopped working with my language pair. PL-NO. 
 It worked fine a week ago. I have only used it for about a week. Is it possible that I have used up my free quote so fast? I dont have any payed subscription. 
 I dont have any payed support agreement and seems like I cant register any ticket on this issue. When I go to Support Page, the only option to get support is this forum. 
 Can anyone from Support team help in any way?
