Please reset my license of Trados Studio 2019 Freelance.
I need to reinstall it on my new PC and on my new laptop.
Version: SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus
I have bought Trados 2022 but I cannot open any wsxz files.

The 2019 license was removed from your account when you processed the upgrade to 2022 so it can`t be reset / used anymore.
In order to open wsxz packages in Studio 2022 you need to install WorldServer Compatibility Pack for Trados Studio plugin: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0027467
