Hi,
We have 14 licenses for Trados Studio 2021 Professional that are managed by IT Service Desk for our Interpreters. Today I noticed that Trados license just disappeared and are not appearing under our account. We have noticed this today while trying to deactivate one licenses and active into new computer, firstly I have received the error message for license reset, then when tried again the list of licenses didn’t appear.
Can you please advise and provide further technical instructions?
