I have recently purchased the upgrade from Trados 2021 to 2022. I have selected the correct licence number from the drop-down menu in my account page. However, when I open the app I can still see the trial version that I originally got. Could you please advise here?

I can see that the 2022 license shows as available in your account. You need to activate in the actual app (Studio 2022): https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039555
