I have looking for answers to this, and can’t find any help. My computer broke and there's no repair, so I have a new one and need to install Trados to be able to work. Please let me know the steps on how can I deactivate online the license from the old computer to install Trados in my new one.

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2021.
