Installation and license problem on a new computer

Hello.

I asked for fixing the license issue in July last year (I had installed my license on a new computer but it didn't work and I haven't used Trados Studio since then).
I need to use it tomorrow and I am trying to install it on another computer this time.
Could you reset it again so that I can see what happens this time?
