Hello,

after a windows update, my Trados Studio 2021 SR2 doesn't start anymore, it is as if it disappeared from my computer. So I tried to install again, but I get following message:

"Setup did not complete. The error is:

Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install that version, you must remove the other version first."

So i try to desinstall the old one, but I get following message:

"Setup did not complete. The error is:

Setup has detected a different version of this product already installed. If you still wish to remove or repair that version, you must use that version's installer."

I also followed some indications from the community to go to Package cache and so on but nothing works. I always get this message.

Can someone please help me?
