No correct license deactivation, no license reset possible

Hi all,

 

I have SDL Studio 2019 Freelance Plus. The version in use on my PC (need a new PC) could not be properly deactivated. My fault!

 

It seems I confounded the licenses, so I tried to deactivate it offline and inserted the deactivation certificate on the wrong field (field for the license installed on my notebook, but this one must be activated, I tried to reactivate it, it also did not work) I got an error message, of course. Both licenses (PC and notebook are now deactivated, but appear in use on my SDL Account). I've tried to reset both of them. It didn't work and I got the message "the support will be informed".

 

What's your experience in this case, should I wait an email from the support? 

 

I am a longtime user of SDL Studio, but I do not have any support contracts.

 

It will be great if somebody could help me with this issue.
