Two years after going through this, here I am again.
After a change in my laptop, I can't activate my SDL Trados Studio 2011 license whether online or offline, since I get the message in the subject.
Last time I had this issue, the only solution was opening a new thread so that the support could contact me and help me figure it out, and since I've tried pretty much all my dummy tech mind can think of, this is me crying for help! lol
