It is the second time I come here to please ask your help to solve my issue.

SDL was installed in one computer, which is not being used anymore. I have deactivated the license and uninstalled Studio from the machine. However I cannot activate the license on my new desktop.

When I type the license number, this message is displayed:

"Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."

In my account the two licenses are show as if they are being used, but I cannot activate one of them.

It shows that on January 16th one of the licenses was activated. That was the date I last tried to activate on my new computer and was not successful.

I would kindly ask you to, please, make that one license available, so that I can use it in my new computer.
