SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance: Product Activation issues + "No licences available"

I haven't used my SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance for many months. Last time I opened it, I had just boughty a new computer and had to resort to RWS Support, because of "Product Activation" issues when transferring my licence to a new laptop. I got helped (someone had remote access to my computer and fixed it). Now the problem is exactly the same: it won't let me access Studio, says my licence has expired. When logging in to my RWS account, it shows an account there, and all licences in use. It doesn't allow me to reset licence because I already did it more than three times during the last problems.
