Hello,
I have de-activated my Studio 2019 licence a while ago, and temporarily deleted it from my PC. Today I downloaded it again, and upon starting, Studio requested my activation code, but I get an error message "could not connect to the activation center". I have tried to get an offline activation certificate, but that requires an installation ID, which I can't find.
What do I do?
