Licence reset successful but app still doesn't accept the activation code

Hi, 
 
 I want to use Trados on my new laptop so I reset the licence because I no longer have access to the old device. The licence was reset and now it shows that I have one available. But the activation code is still not working and I get a message to enter the correct code.

 You have a license for 2021 version, are you sure you are trying to activate the license in Studio 2021 and not another version? 
 If you are trying to activate it in Studio 2021 please let me know the exact error message you`re receiving.
