I have left the company that owns the licences, but forgot to deactivate. I need to deactivate one of the licences without being at the computer where Trados is installed. Is this possible?

If you have access to the RWS account where the licenses are, you can try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
If not, you need to ask your former company to raise a support ticket in order to have a specific license reset.
