I need to reactivate my Trados Studio 2014 licence

Question

I recently had my hard drive replaced with an external hard drive - during this process my Trados Studio 2014 and Multiterm 2014 software disappeared. I need to reactivate my licence so I can reinstall these programmes but have been unable to do so following instructions on the SDL website. 
 I'd appreciate some help as soon as possible!

 Deactivation / activation / license resets are no longer possible for 2014 licenses or older versions. Please refer to this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000007331
