I can`t deactivate 1 of Trados Studio 2017 Freelancer Plus license (1 license with 2 activations).

I need to activate one of my Trados Studio 2017 Freelancer Plus licenses on a new computer. I initiated 2 deactivations, but neither of them were completed successfully thoug I received the relevant deactivations tickets. What should I do? Should I reset the license? The thing is that I need to activate 1 of the activations on a new computer and keep the other one on my old laptop.
