Not able to deactivate license

I had an issue with the license and got this solution from Support

The issue has been fixed, now your 2022 license is visible under your RWS Account.


Please go to your RWS Account at: https://oos.sdl.com
Log in with your email and password
Select "Licenses"       
You will see your License there.

To take place the changed we made, please deactivate and reactivate your license.

Please be aware that you can reset your license up to 3 times a year yourself. This knowledge base article explains how you can do that:

I was not able to deactivate the account I get an error message, I tried both options available, I am still not able to use the licenses. This is a blocker. I need to have it active agan so I can work.
