Hello,

today I wanted to upgrade my Studio Freelance license 2017 to 2022. I deactivated 2017 successfully (in software and in Trados). Then in RWS account I clicked on Upgrade to 2022.

I downloaded 2022 package from my account website.

Then I copied and pasted activation code to 2022 but I got an error: Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.

However I have not used it before and when I open Studio 2022 as well as Studio 2017, none of them is activated, and both require me to activate them.

An in my RWS account I see that license for 2022 is as follows: 1 in use, 0 available.

If I could see 2022 activated but not working I would deactivate it offline, but there is no such possibility as it shows only option "Activate".

I am very disappointed as I followed many articles published on gateway to proceed with the upgrade. But still I am wasting my Saturday, trying to make this work with no results.

Please can anyone help me?
