I work currently with Trados 2019. Do I have to desinstall it in order to install Trados 2022? Or can I work with both installed on my notebook?

You can work with both, no need to uninstall it.
You didn't mention licensing here so I'm assuming you are drawing a licence from somewhere else and have not upgraded yourself... maybe Trados Enterprise/Team?

I bought the license for Trados 2022 because the license of Trados 2019 is own by the translation company I worked for.
It's good to know that I can install Trados 2022 while I still work with Trados 2019.
