I am suddenly having trouble accessing Trados on my computer. I have the Trados Studio 2022 Starter and I am able to log into RWS. Once I log in, it asks me to select my account and I do have a choice (my account) to select from. However, when I try to proceed, it tells me that my product license was inactivated. Help please?
I do have my initial activation code if it is useful.
