Hello! Last November I have bought Trados Studio Freelance (License for 12 months) and now (so 3 months later only) it won't let me access the page as apparently my licence has expired! I do have an invoice and PayPal payment confirming I do own this licence. Nevertheless, when I click on "Products & Plans> Licenses" it is said I have no ongoing licence. Could you please clarify shortly? As I was working on a project and won't meet the deadline unless someone from the customer service helps me!!!!
