Deactivated for the second time in 2 weeks

I have been using Trados Studio 2022 Starter for months now and it always opens just fine. Two weeks ago all of a sudden it asked for a license activation, and then wouldn't accept the one I had. Someone from support had to take over my computer remotely to fix the issue. Now the same thing is happening again. I can't wait 48 hours for the issue to be fixed, I have a deadline in 4 hours and I can't be constantly randomly locked out of Trados like this. Can anyone help right away? Thank you.
