Hello, I had this license on may account and last year (2022) I installed it on my Laptop. Now I wanted to install it on my Desktop and to my surprise the whole license disappeared form my account. So I can't make the activation, even off-line, since I don't have the 'Activation Certificate' for an off-line activation.
Could you please help me find the missing license?

The 2019 license has been removed from your account when you upgraded it to 2021 so it can`t be deactivated / activated anymore. This is normal as mentioned in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001319
If you want to use Studio 2019 you can do it on the same computer where Studio 2021 is activated as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000013222

Actually the problem is that the license data from studio 2021 disappeared from the account and so I can't install it on my Desktop because I don't have access to the activation code nor the activation certificate.

When I checked yesterday your 2021 license was visible. I`ve checked again now and the license is still visible (the one ending in "82e50"). Can you check again please?

Thanks so much. I've checked it and it was there, so I immediately installed it on my Desktop and it worked. Funny, because 2 days ago the license wasn't visible.
