Customer receives message: "you do not have sufficient permissions to access this account" when she clicked at the buttom "Accept Invitation".
It would be better if you asked the customer to post in here. We havea button to convert this to a support case and it provides the user details that we have from the original post to the support team so they know what to check. When you post on behalf of a customer all we get is your email :-)
