Hi, I recently had my computer repaired and the system was reinstalled. I am now unable to access my previous installation of Trados to obtain deactivation certificate. I tried to reset license as shown in https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 but an error message always appears. Is there any way I can deactivate or reset the license? Thanks.
