Payment made, but license does not appear in my account

Hello, I bought SDL Trados Studio 2022 on Feb 14, 2023 and payment was made yesterday, Feb 15, 2023. Though, in my RWS account the payment is shown as "still processing". The license to activate the software has not arrived. How long dows it take? I the license doesn't show up, what can I do? Thank you!
