Activating license on a new computer

Dear all,

I have been trying to solve the problem regarding the activation of one license on another computer. I have written here before, but the problem persists. The number of my previous case was 00773464.

It was suggested a remote session to try to help with the activation, since the previous attempts did not succeed.

I share the license with a coworker, and it is in her new computer that she cannot activate the license. In this case, I would kindly ask you to contact directly her email, so that there will be no delay in our response to proceed with the remote session.
