My license disappeared in Trados site

Hello,

Can someone please tell me what happened with my license and why it's not displaying in my purchased license tab??

I have the payment invoice, and the license is active on my laptop, but I need to deactivate it so I can reactivate it again.

Also, I have been having problems with Trados Freelance 2021. This is the message that shows up:
"This method/property must be called on the UI thread. Fix the problem by testing the InvokeRequired property on the control and call Invoke() or BeginInvoke() on the control instead of calling directly when InvokeRequired is true,"

What does that even mean? I read the thread in the forum and I didn't get any insight to be honest.

I really hope you can help me.
