Hi,
I get the following error message "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService' could not be started." when I try to open Trados Studio 2021.
I've tried following different articles of this community and I was unable to fix the issue. I found out that my Autorecover MOFs window is empty and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I can't seem to fix it no matter what I try (deleting and reinstalling, resetting, etc.) and I need to solve this issue by monday morning.
Could you please help me?
