The installation ID is only necessary for Offline activation and it is generated automatically when you copy the license code in Studio, more details in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001383
If the offline activation is not necessary you can activate your license online: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001381
