Licenses gone from RWS account

I have Trados Studio 2021. I used it last week for work, and then since today morning it asks me to activate my license (which I already did last week) - basically, as if it "forgot" everything. I thought maybe I missed something, so I wanted to activate it again, but my RWS account shows me that I don't have any licenses (I should have 2 for Trados Studio 2019 and 2 for Trados Studio 2021).
The issue is quite urgent, as I have deadlines today.
