Hello,
I have the following problem:
I have just bought Trados Studio 2022 Freelance update for 2019 (order number 718439).
I installed it, and wanted to activate it the usual way, i.e. deactivate the previous version license and transfer it onto the new product.
The deactivation was successful, but the license did not show in my account, so I can't activate the new program or use the old one either.
Please help.
