Hello,
We are trying to upgrade a 2019 licence to 2021 but we are unable to revoke the 2019 licence that is already in use. Both the online and offline deactivation are failing.
We keep getting the error message "Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded. Trados 2019."
