Cannot activate Studio 2015 license.

Hi.


I have bought and installed Studio 2015, and used the license the first time I opened it. Later, I uninstalled Studio 2014 and deactivated/returned its license.
Now when I open Studio 2015, I am in trial mode (with a days countdown), and when I try to insert the 2015 license number to activate it, I get an error telling me the available quantity is: 0.
On my SDL account page, I can see my Studio 2015, and I can also see that the license is in use. Meanwhile, I cannot activate Studio 2015!

    If this is still an isue I suggest you contact the licensing team and they can reset your license. Go to the Knowledgebase;

    Then go to the tab called Solution Finder ( http://kb.sdl.com/?cid=23&tab=sf ) and now go here;

    Pick the correct route for you and if appropriate you will be presented with a form that you can fill in to generate a support request and you will be contacted, normally within a day.

    Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
