I have Trados 2021 "Freelance Plus".
I forgot to desactivate my licence on my laptop before my IT provider cloned my environnement to a SSD yesterday - and now, licence is desactivated. However, my account shows that it is already used twice, and I can't desactivate online of course, nor offline (error message). What can I do?? Thanks for your help!
