Hi,
I bought a SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance in 2021. I have since moved to France and bought a new laptop. Having taken a translation break, I left my old laptop, the one that has Trados, in the US. I would now like to start using Trados again. How do I transfer the license to my new laptop? Is it possible to do it without having access to my old laptop? I'm returning back to the US in the summer, but would love to transfer the license before that. Thank you for your help.

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
