I have the same problem. My usual PC has broken and when I try to use another one to continue working, SDL Trados Studio 2022 says that my license has expired. When I try to introduce my permanent licence code, the system returns an error message saying that it is not valid. Also I cannot create a new case, the Trados webpages always redirect me to this forum. Please help asap. Thanks.

That's because this is where you ask for help unless you have a support contract.
Please create a new thread in this forum for your request. We have an automated system for converting the thread into a post and as you didn't create this one the case will be created for the user who did.
