Troubles when activating my license in a different PC

My usual PC has broken and when I try to use another one to continue working, SDL Trados Studio 2022 indicates that my license has expired.

"LA LICENCIA HA CADUCADO. Activar"

When I try to introduce my permanent license code, the SDL system returns an error message by indicating that it is not valid.

"No se ha podido activar esta licencia.  - Actualmente no hay licencias disponibles para el código de activación especificado."

Please help asap. It is URGENT.
